We work with the best Domestic Shipping within Egypt, carried out by Bosta at a flexible shipping rate based on the country and the weight of the order purchased. The estimated delivery time is two working days after the dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability.

If you refused to receive your order for any special reasons without informing us within 24 hours after you confirmed your purchase, You will have to pay the shipping fees when you try to order again.
We accept the following forms of payment:
– Please contact: [email protected] to enquire about custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable. If you experience any problems with your custom jewelry, please see our repair policy.
– Made to measure items (Rings, Bracelets, Anklets, Necklaces, Any special order items).
– Pierced earrings (including sets with pierced earrings) due to hygienic reasons. This applies even in cases where the earrings have never been worn.
– Our policy lasts 72 hours. If 72 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns of defective items are limited to defects not caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Guide.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We repair Bijaar jewelry within one month of the purchase at no charge (shipping and plating expenses are not included). Repairs after one month or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a
repair charge. Repairs are assessed on an individual basis and take one to three weeks to complete. Pricing may vary depending on the work needed and is subject to change after inspection. Contact [email protected] and include your name, phone number, a photo of the damage, and briefly describe the issue that you are having with your jewelry. You will be provided with a Repair Form and asked to ship your piece to our flagship location.
We cannot accept repairs for jewelry purchased anywhere other than Bijaar. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and need a repair, please contact the original seller.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, You have to contact us at the same time you receive your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email [email protected] once you got the delivery with photographs of your order. We will send you a prepaid return label for the incorrect or defective item so that it may be sent back to us and replaced with a new or correct item. Please note that customers are responsible for the item until it is received at Bijaar warehouses.
