SHIPPING POLICY

• We offer local shipping for all orders made through our website. Delivery time is from 3 to 5 working days. Every order is prepared per request, kindly allow some time for processing your order.

• Customers will be messaged when the order is ready to be dispatched along with the unique tracking number and the shipment carrier.

• Orders made through the Bijaar website are shipped through a third-party courier service after being dispatched from the main warehouse. You will receive a notification email once the order is completed and dispatched. The courier will contact you before delivering the order to arrange a convenient delivery time.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.

• If you wish to cancel your order, kindly send an email to [email protected] or send a message on WhatsApp to confirm your cancellation no later than one business day after placing your order. If orders are canceled within the allowed time-frame, a refund will be made in the form of the original payment.

• Cancellations made after the indicated time-frame cannot be refunded in payment and will be refunded with a credit note for the order amount. Shipping charges are non-negotiable and nonrefundable.

• In case the order is not received within a week of delivery please contact us and we will get back to you with all the details.

• Kindly note that failure to receive your order after it has been shipped for a maximum period of 1 week will automatically subject your order to its cancellation.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• If you wish to return or exchange your items, please ensure that they are “as new”: unworn, undamaged, or defective.

• Please note, returns or exchanges must be in their full original packaging and they will be approved after inspection. If after inspection, the piece is not found to be as good as new, exchange/return will be rejected.

Shipping and returns charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

• In case of receiving wrong orders or a manufacturing fault, exchange will be done for free within 5/7 working days from the request.

• In case of refunding for no reason or just changing your mind, the order can be returned within 5/7 days of receiving the order but the return fees are to be paid by the customer.

• In case of paying online through a credit card, the amount will be transferred within 7-14 days according to your bank.

• Refunds are not accepted for custom orders (Engraving, any kind of customization) and Made to Order designs.

• If you ordered the wrong size or maybe you ordered the design for someone else and just got it wrong. In such a case, we are happy to provide you with an exchange for a different size but the exchange fees will be paid by the customer.

 

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

• We repair Bijaar jewelry within two weeks of the purchase at no charge (shipping and plating expenses are not included). Repairs after two weeks or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge.

• We cannot accept repairs for jewelry purchased anywhere other than Bijaar. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and need a repair, please contact the original seller.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• Returns of defective items are limited to defects not caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear, and failure to follow the product’s care guide.

• In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email [email protected] once you got the delivery with photographs of your order. We will send you a prepaid return label for the incorrect or defective item so that it may be sent back to us and replaced with a new or correct item.
